Had a one-night stay in a spacious room with a comfy bed! Staff were super nice when we reported the heating being too high. Clean bathroom and felt safe with the parking. Breakfast offered a solid variety too!

The rooms are quite spacious and come with comfortable beds that make it easy to catch some shut-eye after a long day. The continental breakfast offers a nice variety, perfect for powering up before heading out to explore the area.

Parking feels a bit cramped, especially for larger vehicles, which could leave you circling for a spot. Upon entering, I found the heating in the room set to a sweltering 25°C, making it tough to sleep, and opening the window wasn't an option due to the noisy traffic outside. Plus, some guests returning late can disrupt the peace, impacting the tranquility you'd expect during your stay.

The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming

I had a lovely stay at Ibis Valenciennes. The bed was exceptionally comfy, and the staff were wonderfully nice, always greeting you with a smile. I appreciated the clean bathroom and the overall tidy atmosphere of the hotel. It felt secure, especially with the parking arrangements.

Staying here was a breeze. The staff were super helpful, especially when we needed a baby bed. Loved the spacious room and clean bathroom! We also enjoyed in-room breakfast. it was a nice treat. Just a bit noisy with some guests coming in late, but nothing too crazy.

Wi-fi was fast, but the snack bar had limited options late at night.
